Ghorepani Poonhill Trek is comparatively easier trek than Annapurna Round and Annapurna Base Camp. This trekking is the short route within Annapurna region that passes through dense forests, majestic waterfalls and patchwork valleys. Almost every corner of this route offers the exciting glimpse of the breathtaking mountains where you can stop to take rest during the trek. The fascinating Gurung villages and their culture and miraculous Rhododendron forests further heighten the beauty of this trekking trail. Though this trek is short, this doesn’t mean that the sights it offers is less rewarding. A panoramic view of the Himalayan ranges, the sunrise over the Himalayas and lively tradition of the Nepalese countryside makes your trip a visual beauty.

Day 01: ARRIVE KATHMANDU (1400 M) &TRANSFER TO HOTEL

Day 02: KATHMANDU – POKHARA

Drive / Fly to Pokhara (915m).if you take tourist coach, it will take approx. 7 hour and if you fly it will take about 25 minutes. Overnight stay at hotel

Day 03: POKHARA – NAYAPUL- TIKHEDHUNGA

Drive to Nayapul (1050m) fromPokhara. Them about 5 hours trek to Tikhedunga (1540m). Overnight stay at lodge

Day 04: TIKHEDUNGA – ULLERI- GHOREPANI

About 6 hours trek from Tikhedunga to Ghorepani (2675m) via Ulleri. Overnight stay at lodge

Early morning trek to Poonhill (3180m) for sunrise view and spectacular views Mt. Dhaulagiri, Tukuche, Nilgiri, Mt. Annapurna and Lamjung Himal. Then about 5 hours trek to Tadapani (2675m) from Poonhill. Overnight stay at lodge

Day 06: TADAPANI – GHANDRUK

About 4 hours trek to beautiful Ghandruk from Tadapani. After lunch, visit to the museum at Ghandruk where information of history and culture of indigenous Gurung community of Nepal can be found. Ghandruk also has central office of ACAP (Annapurna Conservation Area Project) . Overnight in the hotel

About 4 hours trek from Ghandruk to Nayapul. After lunch, drive 45 min to Pokhara. Overnight stay at Hotel
